Logistics Coordinator

Based at our head office near Ely, Cambridgeshire, the new Logistics Coordinator role offers an excellent springboard for a career in the supply chain and fresh produce industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all transport requirements across the UK & Europe.
• Ensuring products reach customers on time, at the best possible cost.
• Building strong relationships with hauliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Tracking, reporting, and analysing all transport activity & spend.
• Supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Managing transport finance, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Driving performance improvements through KPI reporting and haulier reviews.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• A proactive communicator who can work with both internal teams and external partners.
• An eye for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
• 1 in 5 weekends on rota.
