Job Description:

  • – Produce reports
  • – Chair meetings
  • – Manage liaison procedures
  • – Deliver annual reports
  • – Coordinate orders
  • – Ensure health and safety compliance
  • – Manage projects up to £50,000
  • – Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
  • – Assist in CDM documentation
  • – Manage development communications
  • – Identify network improvements
  • – Liaise for procurement and quality processes
  • – Serve as main compliance contact
  • – Manage day-to-day operations
  • – Oversee service providers and contractors
  • – Ensure contract compliance
  • – Liaise with stakeholders
  • – 3+ years experience in highways maintenance essential
  • – PFI – desirable
  • – Engineering desirable or hard service understanding
  • – Must be able to speak Welsh (conversational) – essential
  • – Contract specification experience
  • – Facilities Management experience
  • – Previous management experience
  • – Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • – IOSH or SMSTS qualification
