We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support regulatory reporting initiatives within Asset Servicing and/or Capital Markets. The associate will be responsible for driving analysis, requirement definition, and delivery activities across a broad suite of regulatory reporting templates and submissions.
Scope of Work
The role includes supporting regulatory obligations across the following reporting frameworks and templates:
- Solvency II (TPT, QRT)
- ECB Statistical Reporting
- MMFR Reporting
- AIFMD Annex IV
- MiFID II Transaction Reporting
- EMT, EPT / PRIIPs KID (including transaction cost calculations)
- UCITS KIID
- Dutch DNB (FKT, MER, MESRAP)
- CBOI Reporting
Key Activities and Deliverables
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Map data from upstream systems to regulatory templates in XML/CSV formats.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to design and deliver compliant reporting solutions.
- Support SIT and UAT phases, ensuring high-quality validation and readiness for production use.
- Liaise with external vendors and reporting platforms for updates, template changes, and submissions.
- Understand our business, customers, strategic goals and how the teams operate to support the realisation of the desired outcome by the team.
- Work in continuous close collaboration with the business and the feature team, ensuring transparency of vision and requirements
- Support others to articulate the ideas and requirements in the format required by the team, such as use cases, user journeys, user stories and illustrations
- Responsible for the outcomes of the team in the identification and delivery of systems, solutions and features
- Work across teams and stakeholders to capture, validate and document business and system requirements, ensuring they are in line with key strategic principles, and translated from business operations, business objectives, or from external requirements
- Interact with key stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, user journey maps, systems design, scenarios, business analysis, task, workflow analysis and other relevant techniques
- Work in a timely manner, enabling requirements to be ready just in time, thereby reducing risk whilst still allowing changes resulting from feedback
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services, with deep exposure to regulatory reporting.
- Proven hands‑on experience delivering solutions for at least two of the regulatory areas listed above.
- Strong data analysis capability, including proficiency with Excel and SQL, and experience working with XML/XSD.
- Ability to produce high‑quality BRDs, data mapping specifications, and test artefacts.
- Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Experience in Business analysis, Change Management, and Impact analysis.
- Minimum 5 years of BFS experience in Capital market or Regulatory reporting essential.
- Experience in Transformation, migration and integration activities essential.
- Experience in data mapping, data gaps, data lineage good to have.
- Attention to detail.

- Conflict resolution and Problem‑solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
