FM Contract Manager

• Accurate reporting on compliance, SLAs, KPIs in-line with contractual obligations and in accordance with the contract terms and conditions
• Compiling Contractual Reports as specified below:
• Monthly Contract Review / Status Report (reporting on the previous months results) – to be issued to the client on the 3rd business day of each month
• Quarterly Contract Report
• Annual Review Report
• Attendance at Monthly Client / Contractor Meeting – 2nd week of each month
• Reviewing /approving subcontractors permit to worksPension Scheme
