Are you a skilled Operations Manager with a background in Facilities Management? We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations/Contract Manager to lead a team of engineers at our client’s expansive campus in Nottingham.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Apply technical expertise to oversee operations and facilities within the Corporate Headquarters and adjacent Warehouse.
- Demonstrate a people-focused approach with a strong drive for solutions and a proactive mindset.
- Initiate operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage Facilities Management (FM) experience to manage large campus contracts effectively.
- Proven people management experience, preferably with a team of 8 or more engineers.
- Technical background advantageous but not essential. (HVAC/Mechanical/Engineering/Electrical…)
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and deliver results.
- Solid FM experience, particularly in managing large campus contracts.
- Excellent managerial skills with a focus on collaboration and employee development.
