Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Overseeing client relations, tender process involvement, project lifecycle from cradle to grave (tender, quotes analysis, cost to client, over see the project, ensure H&S, sign off of completion and handover)
• Project budget of £7m (increase from £4m over the last two year and aiming for an additional £7m in the next two years)

Knowledge

• Up to date knowledge of the construction market
• Fully competent with Project Management methodology
• Broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation
• Understanding of the difference between mark up and margin

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM ,construction or critical environment
• Proven experience of running a P&L
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
