Job Description:

HR OFFICER MACS are recruiting a HR professional to lead the HR & Admin team to manage administrative activities, liaising with external providers, maintaining HR systems and co-coordinating recruitment drives. MACS provide support services for children and young people aged 16-25 years who may be experiencing a range of issues including homelessness or at risk of homelessness, substance use, mental health difficulties, anti-social behaviour, leaving care, self-harm and/or suicidal thoughts. The HR and Admin Teamhave responsibility for the support functions in MACS, ensuring effective processing of Staff Learning and Development, Recruitment and Personnel records. They provide telephone and reception arrangements and organisational correspondence, which maintain the welcoming atmosphere and culture for staff, young people and visitors to MACS!
