Regular Giving fundraising Manager Oxfam Ireland Based in Dublin Office based (possibility to work remotely part of the week) Permanent contract Full time 36 hours per week Salary: From €49,300/£42,000 Closing date: Monday 13 April 2026 The Regular Giving Fundraising Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth in Oxfam Irelands regular giving programme by leading a multi -channel acquisition and retention strategy across First Engagement (face -to-face two-step), Telemarketing, Digital Advertising, and third-party agency partners. This role is accountable for converting fundraising leads, acquiring new committed supporters, and ensuring engagement , retention, and increasing , the lifetime value of our committed and loyal regular giving supporters. With strategic oversight of Oxfam Irelands regular giving portfolio, the Regular Giving Fundraising Manager develops and delivers high -performing acquisition and retention plans, ensuring strong return on investment and exceptional donor experience across all channels. This includes the end-to-end management of our face -to-face programme island -wide, the telemarketing team responsible for conversion and upgrades, and the effective governance and optimisation of our external regular giving supplier. A key leadership role within Oxfam Ireland, this position ensures regular giving income growth, donor quality, and long -term supporter loyalty, directly contributing to Oxfam s mission to create a future free from the injustice of poverty. Reports to:Head of Regular Giving Line Management: First Engagement Team, Telemarketing Team, and oversight of third -party Regular Giving Agency . Job Responsibilities Budgetary Responsibility Responsible for driving growth in Oxfam Irelands regular giving segment through strategic investment in face to face , telemarketing and agency fundraising . This includes all island responsibility, across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, ensuring a diverse portfolio to include acquisition through Digital, inhouse First Engagement and Telemarketing functions and external agency partners. Budgetary responsibility includes the direct acquisition budget, including Telemarketing, Digital, First Engagement (including street and festival acquisition) People Management Lead , develop and motivate a diverse and high performing team Responsible for ongoing per formance management of staff, including creation of development plans and ongoing coaching and support . Train and assist staff in relevant disciplinary, training, management and operational procedures Motivate and identify talent, preparing for leadership roles, with a view to growth of programme and retention of staff . Drive a culture and environment of high performance, working with team with shared goals and objectives, including the sociali sation of team targets and team outcomes, and a supporter centric approach at all times. Foster strong teamwork and collaboration across Fundraising , and with all teams cross – organisationally Project Management Monitoring, upholding compliance to relevant protocols, to protect staff and members of the public, inclusive of health & safety, Code of Conduct and Code of Practice . Oversight of day -to- day expenditure in line with agreed budget and expenditure . Enhance the suppor ter experience of our valued donors through contributing and collaborating across teams and functions to improve our donor experience and ROI. Monitoring touchpoints across all channels within critical first 3 month life – cycle of our donors, by partaking in regular stakeholder meetings, with a view to testing and adapting activities with a data driven approach. Develop, with relevant stakeholders, reporting suite to drive a culture of constant improvement and optimising across teams and activities. Monitor, review and report on opportunities for investment and diversification of Oxfam Irelands regular giving recruitment activities . Participate and represent Oxfam Ireland as an active and key member of the Regular Giving community nationally, and on a global basis, through the Oxfam Global Confederation network. Personal Specification Essential Criteria Strong leadership skills . Highly experienced p eople manager with a track record of leading high performing and successful teams . Proven expertise in regular giving acquisition and retention across face to face fundraising , digital acquisition and telemarketing . Experience in management of agency contracts and third – party vendors. Experience in setting, developing and managing budgets . Desirable Criteria Strong understanding of regulatory framework related to fundraising in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection and its relation to data management of donor data and employee data Experience in management of agency contracts and third – party vendors Other requirements Strong commitment to Oxfams mission and values Eligibility to work in Ireland and UK Flexible approach to working hours ability to work evening and weekends if necessary Additional information Location & Travel This post has all -island responsibility, with a requirement to be regularly present in both Dublin and Belfast office locations as needed and regular visits to field staff onsite . Other travel within Ireland and further afield on occasion may be required. This post involves working as part of a team in a busy environment.
