We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia! Vertiv Croatia is a major regional hub for Vertiv, specializing in critical power, cooling, and IT infrastructure solutions. Our core business focuses on designing, manufacturing, and installing integrated modular solutions, including thermal management and power systems. We have offices in Zagreb (Orekoviceva ulica) and a manufacturing facility in Rugvica, which has significantly increased production capacity for prefabricated modular (PFM) data centers. Due to this increase we are now seeking a project administrator to join the team in Zagreb. This is a full-time position where up to 5 days a month can be based from home. What kind of work will you be doing? Support the Program Manager as required on ad-hoc requests/issues requiring management Support the Program Manager in the preparation, design updating and communication of Project reports including sourcing up to date KPI information Participation on all internal and external meetings and preparing Minutes of Meeting and Action point list Ensure that project records are uploaded to the project intranet and designated Project management system to ensure good practice is maintained. Lead all activities related to client meeting and visits (Minutes of meeting, catering, Action list…..) What will make you successful?
