Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Evening/Weekend Care Assistant to join our team in Brighton, United Kingdom.As an Evening/Weekend Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and care to our clients in their homes during the evening hours.Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and groomingPrepare nutritious meals and snacks according to clients’ dietary requirementsPerform light housework to maintain a clean and safe living environmentProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsAccompany clients to evening appointments or social activities when requiredAdminister medication as directed by healthcare professionalsMonitor and report any changes in clients’ health or well-beingMaintain accurate records of care provided and any incidents or concernsCollaborate with other care team members to ensure continuity of careRespond appropriately to emergencies and seek assistance when necessaryQualificationsTo work for us, you must:Have the Right to Work in UKHold a full UK Driving Licence and own transport (if applicable)Consent to an enhanced DBS checkBe over 18Please note that we are not offering sponsorship at this time.You will be a special sort of person with:Genuine passion for caring for others and a compassionate naturePrevious experience in a care assistant role is preferred but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical fitness to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasksReliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethicValid driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)Flexibility to work evenings…
