Description :What you’ll be doing:Regular inspections of domestic properties or sites that have been given planning permission and visiting commercial properties.Arranging own calendar to ensure that visits take place in a timely manner but also that all administrative tasks are completedEstablishing liability or entitlement to tax discount, exemption or reliefs, in line with legislation and policy.Taking appropriate action where reliefs no longer apply.Arranging appointments with landlords, agents, business owners, etc to gain access to premises.Ensuring the database is accurate, complete and up-to-date.Developing a network of relationships with developers and landlords in the areaLiaising with other agenciesWhat we’re looking for:​Essential Skills and Experience Full driving licence and access to a vehicleA proven track record in field based customer facing rolesBased in the South Oxfordshire regionIT literate and able to use handheld devicesAbout us: Capita Public Service – LPSOur world class Local Government Services team supports local councils to improve outcomes and focus on what matters in their communities.
