Job Description We are looking for someone who can work confidently across complex environments, supporting customer-facing platforms, operational systems, and integration projects to enable effective change, transition, and mobilisation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Engage with business, operational, and customer stakeholders to understand requirements and desired outcomes. Analyse current and future state processes, systems, and customer journeys. Produce clear business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Act as a liaison between business teams, IT delivery teams, and third-party suppliers. Support solution design, prioritisation, and delivery across IT platforms and integrations. Contribute to testing activities, including defining test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing. Identify impacts, risks, and dependencies across systems and stakeholders. Ensure solutions align with IT standards, data governance, security requirements, and architecture principles. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT or digital delivery. Experience working with customer-facing or operational systems. Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. Experience working within agile and/or waterfall delivery environments. Customer-focused and outcome-driven mindset. Analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach. Confident communicator and facilitator. Comfortable operating within complex and evolving environments.
