Job DescriptionClass 1 HGV Shunter Driver – Night Shift£18.75 p/hKegworthPertemps have an excellent opportunity for Class 1 HGV Shunter Drivers on days to work for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Shunter driver you will ensure yard movements are done correctly and support the smooth running of the operation. There is a strong possibility this role will turn permanent with our client. Shift Patterns / Working Hours:+ Monday to Thursday+ Nights – 20:00 to 06:30The successful Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will:+ Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months+ Have a valid tacho and DQC card+ Previous experience as a shunter is preferred + Have a positive can do attitudeYour duties as a Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will include:+ Moving trailers or units around the yard+ Ensure safety of others in the yardYou will receive:+ STD – £18.75 per hour+ OT – £28.12 per hourBenefit of working with Pertemps: + Weekly pay or monthly pay – you choose+ Pension+ Annual leave+ 24/7 support+ Mortgage referencesIf you are interested in this night shift Shunter position, please contact Tom Lievers on 0116 2554641….
