Leading the shopfloor, coaching your team, and keeping every doughnut to Krispy Kremes standard of quality, consistency, and safety. Lead and motivate teams, ensuring performance targets and quality standards are consistently metChampion health & safety, cleanliness and process complianceOversee daily workflow and staffing, acting as the most senior leader on site when requiredDrive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of ownership, respect, and kudos What Were Looking For Proven leadership in a Food Manufacturing or FMCG environmentA hands-on people manager with a passion for coaching and developmentGood understanding of continuous improvement principles and production efficiencyConfident with numbers, data, and digital systemsGreat communicator and team collaborator Be part of something original.
