We are currently seeking Polish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a global team based in Lisbon, supporting users within a dynamic e-commerce and digital platform ecosystem.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Provide high-quality support to users via multiple communication channels
  • Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce products, services, and policies
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and service guidelines
  • Manage high volumes of contacts, especially during peak periods
  • Deliver consistent and accurate resolutions to customer issues

Work Model & Conditions

  • Location: Lisbon (on-site)
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
  • Working Hours:
    • Initial: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
    • Future scope: 24/7 rotational shifts (to be confirmed)
  • Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries annually)
  • Meal Allowance: €45/month (paid over 11 months)
  • Welcome Bonus: €1,000 (for Polish speakers)

Relocation Package

We provide full support for candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

  • Shared accommodation (up to 12 months)
  • Relocation assistance and guidance throughout the process

  • Fluent Polish (C1 level or above)
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
