Product Manager

Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver AI-powered features such as chat functionalities, workflow automation, and document extraction to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with go‑to‑market teams on product pricing, positioning, and launch strategies.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate next steps regularly with founders and executive stakeholders.
Profile
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management within B2B SaaS or platform environments.
- Demonstrated success in launching early-stage products and scaling revenue.
- Hands‑on experience using Python to build MVP prototypes for experimentation and market validation.
- Strong technical literacy, comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Background in mathematics, physics, or related fields, with the ability to apply analytical thinking.
- Excellent UX instincts with a focus on simplifying complex workflows for users.
- Data-driven decision‑maker proficient with KPIs, experimentation methodologies, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communicator and team leader, thriving in a fast‑paced, on-site setting.
- Experience with tools like v0.dev, Lovable, Figma, and A/B testing platforms such as Replit.
