Job Description:

  • Support development and execution of the Sales strategy in line with the country’s overall commercial strategy for Healthcare
  • Confidently manage multi-service tender process
  • Work collaboratively within a large team
  • Be a capable contributor to the full bid-writing cycle – up to speed on costing, estimating, and labour requirements
  • Support definition of key markets, geographies and targets to deliver the sales ambitions in close cooperation with the Sales Director
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales process for given opportunities, successfully converting new business
  • Ensure commercial processes and tools are efficiently implemented
  • Identify and execute strategic sales initiatives with the purpose of driving the top‑line and positioning the company as the preferred partner in the country
  • Contribute to key Sales processes and prioritised customer engagement activities
  • Direct, develop and motivate subject‑matter experts and company support teams to successfully support the sales process
  • Role model for CRM culture
  • I am keen to speak to proven Business Development Managers with experience in the FM arena. Exposure to contract sales within Healthcare or Public Sector would be a huge advantage.
  • You will need to be driven, tenacious, organised and credible with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships and present at C‑Suite level confidently.
  • Experience of Facilities Management across operational roles
  • Managing tenders across multiple service lines and bundled contracts
  • Strong results from related commercial or business development functions – e.g., having ensured substantial growth and improved profitability
  • Bid‑writing in collaboration with estimators and the wider team
  • Strong knowledge about the service industry
  • Ability to work successfully on own and accept / deliver constructive criticism
  • Proven track record in successfully converting business solution bids to wins, through creative and innovative thinking and based on a solid analysis of customer needs
  • Dominant traits include a competitive nature, goal‑orientation and high fighting spirit
  • Common commercial traits include high work capacity/contact/communication skills and empathy
