This role is working for the UK’s largest Facilities Maintenance company and a perfect role for anyone with business sales coordinator or bid writing experience.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Tender documentation both SSQ, ITT and open proposal
- Working in conjunction with the BDM to produce quality Tender and Marketing documentation
- Organising of the BUD’s diary to help prevent clashes
- Organisation of Business Unit events including quarterly meetings for SMT, Contract Managers and social events
- Deal with Office Management queries and attend tenant meetings
- Record sickness and absence for the Business Unit and submit relevant documents to Payroll
- Order supplies for the office including subsistence and stationery
- Good writing skills
- Grammar skills
- Proof reading
- BID writing
- A great working attitude and positive outlook to work
- Experience with tenders and proposals
