We are seeking a talented full‑time Senior Sales Operations Executive to join our team. This role will report to the Marketing Operations Director and will be based at our Random42 offices in Central London. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a talent for process optimisation, and the ability to act as the subject matter expert for our key sales technologies. You will be a proactive, organized, and meticulous individual who can thrive in a collaborative, group‑wide environment.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and oversee the structure of key databases, including Salesforce, to ensure optimal data integrity and accuracy.
  • Manage the seamless integration between Salesforce and other business‑critical systems, such as finance and project management platforms.
  • Proactively identify, recommend, and implement new processes and technologies to optimise data management and improve team performance.
  • Assure data quality by establishing and enforcing standards for data entry, cleanliness, and relevance across all CRM and integrated platforms.
  • Develop and manage strategic data segmentation to enable targeted and effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse business performance by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering timely, accurate reports.
  • Provide actionable insights by translating complex data into strategic recommendations to inform future strategic planning.
  • Communicate reports and insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring information is understood and acted upon.
  • Enable the team by serving as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day operational and sales data‑related support across The Lockwood Group.
  • Build a deep understanding of the industries and client profiles we serve to become an expert on the sales and marketing strategies that drive success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, marketing, or equivalent proven practical experience in a relevant sales or marketing operations environment.
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational and time‑management skills to manage workload and priorities effectively.
  • A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Suite.

Desirable Skills or Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven, hands‑on experience with a major CRM platform.
  • Capable of interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in problem‑solving and driving solutions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive results.
  • Shows willingness and pro‑activity to drive process improvements.
  • Has a strong ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving practices with a desire for continuous professional development.

  • Hybrid Working: 2 days per week from home after successful completion of probation period. Working Hours

Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 – 18:00 (35 hours per week plus one‑hour unpaid lunch break per day). Unless otherwise specified, these will be the contracted hours for the role.
