HGV Technician/Mobile HGV Technician

Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a new role with a fantastic growing company? Based in Watford

Our client is expanding rapidly and is looking for new staff to join their team and grow with them.

• Monday – Friday
• Salary between £45,000 – £55,000 dependent on experience and location
• Yearly bonus available as well
• Company van provided

Responsibilities

• Servicing and routine maintenance
• Defect diagnosis and repairs
• Safety inspections
• MOT preparation and presentation
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
• Maintenance in our Hertfordshire workshop, using state‑of‑the‑art equipment
• Mobile work at customer sites using our fully equipped service vans

Qualifications

• Must have a City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 certificates or equivalent qualifications or be Time Served within the industry
• Experience working on vans and LGV vehicles
• 7.5 tonne driving licence preferred but not essential
• Basic knowledge of computers and ability to complete relevant written documentation
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
