- Assisting Senior Service and Reactive Planner with planning and scheduling reactive works for general service contract clients
- Assisting Senior Service Reactive Planner with planning and scheduling servicing works
- Liaison and management of reactive engineers
- Managing engineers over wide client base
- Ordering of materials for engineers
- Preparation of invoicing
- Quotes preparation
- Liaison with Assistant Service and Reactive Planner
- Liaison with Help Desk Coordinator
