Training Steps
- Step 1 – APM (Association for Project Management) Qualification The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) teaches the fundamental principles of the project profession. The APM are the only chartered project management group in the world. Study time is approximately 20 hours and the qualification is achieved by completing a 1‑hour multiple choice exam. The course is provided online with exam simulators, revision tools and a 1‑hour online revision workshop prior to the exam.
- Step 2 – PRINCE2 Foundation PRINCE2 is the most recognised methodology used by Project Managers worldwide and is essential for anyone looking to work in Project Management. It is a process‑driven, waterfall methodology. Study time is 15‑20 hours and qualification is obtained through a 1‑hour multiple choice exam. The course is online with exam simulators, revision tools and a 1‑hour online revision workshop prior to the exam.
- Step 3 – Project Management Simulation With our exclusive online Simulated Project Assignment you will experience a simulated project that shadows a real project manager. Scenarios are based on real world projects. Upon completion, our tutor will grade your work and issue a certificate of completion.
- Step 4 – Recruitment Support Once qualified, our recruitment support team collaborates with you to secure your first role in the project management sector. We assist with job applications, interview preparation, CV review, role suitability guidance, mock interviews and ongoing support to maximise your chances of landing a position.
Financial Support
Training is available on finance terms of up to 1 year. An initial deposit of about £180 starts the training, allowing many candidates to secure a role before the 12‑month finance is completed.
