Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Providing project operational support including attending planning meetings and project-specific document control.
  • Owning and managing key account programmes whilst updating live tracker spreadsheets and producing regular reports and outputs.
  • Forward planning, tracking and monitoring of projects from enquiry stage to handover / final account.
  • Provide Administrative Support to the Operations Manager / Project Team.
  • Co-ordination / submission of travel/accommodation requests.

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Experience in facilities admin or operational role.
  2. Excellent IT skills in particularly Microsoft 365 suite of programmes – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Teams & SharePoint.
  3. Excellent organization skills and ability to manage challenging demands.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Requires the attention to detail and accuracy.
