About you:
You will likely be a recent graduate/previous experience looking for an opportunity to join an exciting tech startup in the heart of London. You will be passionate about customer experience and personal development, interested in e-commerce and be familiar with all the major social media platforms, such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter.
The Role:
You will be based out the Snaptrip office on London Southbank for a minimum of 5 days a week.(Shift work) MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. You will be part of the customer service team, and will be the representative of the company to our holidaymakers. You will also be encouraged to contribute any ideas to improve the service that you might have by suggesting improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all calls/emails are dealt with promptly, in line with agreed procedures, standards and targets
- Liaising with management agencies to process bookings / raise customer queries
- Ensuring that team members are kept up to date with bookings when handing-over after the shift
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in Customer Service environment (B2B & B2C)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs and social media platforms, such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Polished phone and interpersonal skill
- Professional and friendly phone, email and in-person personality
- An interest in the analytics side of things (not essential)
