Logistic supervisor, van night delivery driver

bread&truffle is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Logistic Supervisor and Van Night Delivery Driver. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our fresh gourmet focaccias during night hours. This role requires a reliable and organized individual who can work independently and is committed to upholding our high standards of quality and service, even during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Night Deliveries: Operate a delivery van to transport focaccias and other products to various locations, ensuring safe and punctual arrival.
• Logistics Oversight: Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency, manage delivery schedules, and ensure all orders are correctly loaded and accounted for. Hire and train new drivers when needed.
• Product Care: Handle products with care to maintain its quality and presentation during transit.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on the delivery van to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues, as well as dealing with all fleet technical issues.
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
