My client, a Managing Agent, seeks an Multi Site Regional FM with experience managing a portfolio of primarily office sites. The role covers 19 locations and involves daily liaison with service partners to ensure the delivery of FM services.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 19 sites in primarily office buildings.
- Liaise daily with service partners to maintain agreed service levels.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to deliver fit‑for‑purpose services, including initiatives on recycling, NET Zero, WELL, etc.
- Own all on‑site project work from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
- Set and manage service charge budgets.
- Collaborate with the client to meet objectives and drive change.
Qualifications
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
- Experience managing multi‑site FM portfolios.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
