Global Transaction Product Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Global Transaction Product Operations Specialist to join a high-performing global operations team. In this role, you will partner closely with product, sales, and cross‑functional stakeholders to manage transaction-related systems, optimise processes, and ensure operational excellence across client incentive workflows. You will focus on upstream and downstream systems, identifying root causes of issues, driving resolutions, and ensuring accurate and compliant incentive calculations and settlements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client incentive calculations across global teams, ensuring accuracy and operational readiness.
- Partner with Product, Business Operations, and Sales teams to identify and resolve system and data issues.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in line with operational procedures.
- Design and deliver training for internal stakeholders and sales teams on transaction and incentive processes.
- Provide on‑call support following incentive payouts to resolve client and internal queries.
- Build and optimise dashboards to support incentive tracking and drive adoption across regions.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years experience in product operations, data analytics, strategy, or consulting within digital, internet, or transaction environments.
- Strong understanding of product systems and upstream/downstream impacts.
- Experience supporting CRM or transaction‑related processes and analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with client incentive structures or settlement processes.
- Strong analytical capability, including working with data (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Fluency in English. Additional European language or Mandarin is a plus.
