Job Description:

£30,000 per annum / 35 hours per week (full‑time) / Permanent

We are seeking a Service Manager who can oversee the service delivery for vulnerable adults, ensuring our support remains inclusive, person-centred and impactful. This role is perfect for someone currently in a supervisory or senior support position, looking to take on greater responsibility, develop leadership skills and influence service development at a higher level.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing and managing the delivery of services within a specific area, ensuring they meet the needs of the community
  • Providing direction and support to teams within your locality, ensuring they are well‑equipped to deliver high‑quality care and support
  • Collaborating with the Head of Service to implement service improvements and innovations that enhance the client experience
  • Building strong connections within the local community, promoting our services and advocating for inclusivity
  • Monitoring and evaluating service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement

About you:

  • You have 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supporting autistic adults or children, people with mental health challenges, people with learning disabilities, or people with behaviours that challenge
  • You are a natural leader with excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills
  • You are compassionate, patient and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those you support
  • You are able to commute to Harrow and are committed to being an active and engaged member of our team
