At Beauhurst, we’re building the leading provider of private company data in Europe, helping organisations discover, track and understand the fastest-growing companies across the UK and Germany. We’re looking for a Senior Client Experience Manager to work closely with our largest, highest-value clients across 20+ industries, making sure they get maximum value from our platform and stay with us year on year. You’ll join a lovely, close-knit team across our London and Nottingham offices, with extensive training to get you flying.
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with enterprise clients (banks, universities, government bodies and more) through regular contact
- Running tailored training sessions that explain complex things clearly and match each client’s use case
- Helping clients navigate the platform so they can move faster and get better outcomes
- Staying organised across multiple accounts, improving processes and making things run more smoothly
- Spotting upsell/cross-sell opportunities (like consultancy or additional features) and partnering with Account Managers to progress them
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 2+ years of client-facing experience (Client Success, Account Management, Sales, or similar)
- A university degree
- High emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and the ability to connect with pretty much anyone
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a naturally curious approach to learning client contexts
- Bonus experience from customer service, hospitality, tutoring, or teaching (anything people-heavy counts)
