Our client is a specialist investment bank focused exclusively on the energy transition, advising on M&A, capital raises, and strategic transactions across renewables, energy storage, and clean infrastructure.

The role:

• Lead financial modelling, valuation, and execution across live M&A mandates
• Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books, IMs, and management presentations
• Conduct sector research and market analysis across renewables, storage, and clean energy assets
• Support senior bankers in client management and business development
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams and manage deal processes end to end

What we’re looking for:

• Energy transition deal experience is essential — direct involvement in M&A, financing, or advisory transactions within renewables, clean infrastructure, or adjacent sectors
• 2–5 years of investment banking or xwzovoh corporate finance experience
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce polished client deliverables under pressure
• Genuine conviction in the energy transition and a desire to build a long-term career in the space
