We’re hiring an Internal Sales Executive to join a fast-growing renewables business, helping customers move forward with renewable energy solutions.

The Role

This is a closing role, not lead generation.

  • Follow up warm, qualified leads from the marketing team
  • Conduct sales consultations via phone or video
  • Guide customers through the process and close deals
  • Take opportunities from enquiry through to signed agreement

You’ll be working alongside a team that already generates strong demand — your focus is to convert and close.

What’s On Offer

  • Up to £30,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission (100% OTE)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2C sales experience (ideally closing xwzovoh deals)
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable selling over phone / video
  • Background in solar, energy, or renewables is a big advantage
  • Warm inbound pipeline — no cold prospecting
  • High-demand product in a booming market
  • Genuine opportunity to earn significant commission
