What is on offer to you?
- £50000 to £65000 per year complete on-target earnings.
- £25000 to £27500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

Main Purpose of the Role

The Role
In this FULLY EMPLOYED position, our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF‑EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This is not a self‑employed position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development, local Property Centre assistance, the best technology and industry‑leading marketing to raise your brand awareness locally.
