We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant to take on a role supporting our Senior Leadership Team by managing administrative aspects of their work and liaising with Share’s trustees. Share is a registered charity and a centre for training and wellbeing, providing programmes to adults with learning disabilities, autism and other support needs.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level and comprehensive executive support to the Senior Leadership Team, including efficient coordination of meetings and other appointments.
  • Liaise with Share’s board by taking and producing board minutes and supporting new trustees.
  • Support fundraising and provide data about our students to aid fundraising applications.
  • Organise all trustee meetings and events and support new trustee inductions.
