The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will:

• Lead on technical accounting matters, ensuring compliance and best practice
• Play a key role in M&A activity – integration and reporting
• Support and deliver business reviews, providing clear financial insight to drive decision-making
• Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
• Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting processes

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong grounding in technical accounting (IFRS / UK GAAP)
• Experience or exposure to M&A / transactions highly desirable
• Commercially aware with xwzovoh the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
