JP Healthcare Recruitment is working with an established children’s residential care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager for a 2-bed children’s home in Peterborough.
The Role
You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and full compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Key duties include:

Day-to-day management of the children’s home
*
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements
*
Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
*
Preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections
*
Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
*
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
*
Level 5 Diploma (or working towards) xwzovoh
*
Excellent leadership, communication and safeguarding skills
*
A child-focused, outcomes-driven approach
