Job Title: MEP Construction/Project Manager (FTC)

On behalf of a leading UK property developer, we are supporting the appointment of an experienced MEP Construction/Project Manager to lead the delivery of building services across a prestigious, high-value central London development.
This role will take ownership of all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEPH) construction and installation activities, working closely with senior leadership, project stakeholders, consultants and specialist supply chain partners to ensure safe, commercially sound and high-quality project delivery.
The successful individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy, providing strategic oversight while ensuring programme, financial performance and technical standards are consistently achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all MEP construction and installation activities through to commissioning and handoverManage coordination between consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractorsProvide technical and commercial input to support procurement and delivery strategyEnsure delivery aligns with programme, budget and agreed quality standardsDrive commissioning, testing and validation of all building services systemsAct as the key interface between project teams, utilities providers and stakeholdersReview and challenge technical designs and engineering solutionsSupport tender evaluation, contractor selection and package awardsIdentify, manage and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycleCoordinate handover with asset management and building operations teams
Experience Required
Proven experience as an MEP Construction/Project Manager within a recognised UK contractor or developerExperience delivering complex projects with significant MEP valueBackground within high-end residential, hospitality, heritage or technically complex developments xwzovoh around the £100M mark or higherStrong commercial awareness and experience managing project financial performanceExcellent understanding of UK construction processes, regulations and industry best practiceExperience managing commissioning, validation and project handover phasesFamiliarity with BIM environments and review of O&M documentationStrong stakeholder management and supply chain coordination experienceCSCS certification preferred; NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification advantageous
