I am recruiting for a Depot General Manager for a great business. You will be a strong leader, motivating the teams around you to achieve performance metrics and push the depot forward.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations is required to be successful in this 24/7 fast paced business (FMCG)
• You will know the logistics or distribution industry and have a proven background running large, diverse teams.
• A strong communicator, influencing productivity and strategy.
• Strong P&L management through effective planning and reporting.
• You will be a fast thinker, a problem solver and a proactive AND reactive manager.
• Development of teams, meeting customer KPI’s.

Experience / Qualifications

• Proven background of managing large, successful teams.
• Good analytical skills, financial reporting and P&L responsibility. xwzovoh
• Good knowledge of H&S and Transport regulations.
• PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Flexible approach to work to meet business requirements as this is a 24/7 operation
