Position
Centre Manager and Director of Studies for Residential Summer Programme
Location
Based in the beautiful settings of Somerset or Bedford, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth, efficient and successful running of the Young Learner centre, including all associated administrative tasks.
- Deliver effective language programmes and ensure the quality of teaching and learning.
- Ensure safety and wellbeing of students and team members in line with BSC Safeguarding Policy.
- Oversee overall student experience.
Qualifications
- Cambridge DELTA, MA TESOL, Trinity Dip TESOL or equivalent.
- Applicants must be of TEFLQ status as described by the British Council.
- Experience: 3 years.
Salary and Benefits
- Full salary package (Residential): £980.00–£1180.00 per week (depending on experience).
- Accommodation provided.
- Residential meals: 3 meals per day, catering to dietary and religious requirements.
- Paid induction and training.
- Weekly salary includes annual leave calculated with 12.07% method.
- Typical weekly working schedule: Monday–Sunday (6 days a week). Maximum 72 hours per week. xwzovoh
