We’re hiring for an experienced Digital Print Finishing Operator to join a fast-growing print production business in Chesterfield.
This role requires previous hands-on experience operating digital print and finishing machinery. If you haven’t worked within a digital print production environment before, this role won’t be suitable.

- £25,046 p/a
- Mon – Fri | rotating shift pattern
- 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Digital Print Finishing Operator?
- Operating digital flatbed and roll-to-roll printers
- Running digital cutting equipment for precision finishing
- Preparing files and ripping artwork for print production
- Performing quality checks before dispatch
- Packing finished products
- Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Working within a high-output production environment
What will you need?
- Proven experience operating digital print machinery (essential)
- Experience within a digital print production or finishing environment
- Confidence preparing files and running jobs end-to-end
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work rotating shifts
