KeyResponsibilities
- Manageandcontrolsite-basedteams,ensuringfullcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandprocedures,includingHealth&Safety,Environmental,QualityAssuranceandPurchasingpolicies
- EnsureallworksaredeliveredtoahighstandardandinaccordancewithrelevantBritishStandardsandcodesofpractice
- Collaboratewithoperationalteamstoensurecontractualobligations,milestonesandprojectcompletiondatesaremetandreportedaccurately
- Setandmanagefinancialtargetstomeetagreedobjectives,includingreportingonfinancialperformanceandprojectdeliveryschedulestoOperationalManagement,Directorsandcommercialteams
- Provideanalysis,insightandadviceonprojectdeliverytosupportpositiveclientandbusinessoutcomes
- Providetechnicalsupporttocustomersandsite-basedteams,workingwithcentraldepartments,specialistsuppliersandsub-contractors
- Supportanddelivertrainingwhererequiredtoenhancetheeffectivenessofthebusinessunitandthewiderbusiness
