Site Manager – Barnet Salary 60k – 65k + package
A busy developer is looking to appoint a Site Manager for a 420-unit new-build RC frame scheme in Barnet. This is a great opportunity to join a major project with a well-established business that has multiple schemes secured across London and a clear focus on internal progression and long-term development.
Ideal for a Site Manager with experience on RC frame residential projects who is looking for stability, strong project exposure, and genuine career progression.
Duties:* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to programme* Manage Site Managers, subcontractors and trades across multiple work fronts* Drive health & safety standards and ensure full site compliance* Monitor quality, programme and productivity across the build* Coordinate with the Project Manager, commercial and technical teams* Lead progress meetings and manage short-term programming
Requirements:* Proven experience delivering large-scale residential schemes* Strong background in RC frame construction* Experience managing multiple phases or large unit numbers* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid* Strong leadership and organisational skills
