An experienced Sales Controller / Transaction Manager, or

The Role
Support and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Manage, allocate & ensure all enquiries are followed up to a high standard
Maximise F&I performance across the team
Assist in deal structuring and closing
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance

£55,000+ OTE (Uncapped)

All OTE figures are conservative — high performers should expect to earn significantly more.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in automotive sales (main dealer preferred)
Strong understanding of F&I and deal stacking
A driven, hands-on leader who leads from the front
High energy, ambition, and a desire to earn
Location
Berkshire (commutable from Reading, Wokingham, Newbury, Slough)
