About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a qualified Independent Prescriber to join our growing clinical services team, supporting a leading UK digital healthcare provider.
This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for clinicians looking to work within a modern, digital healthcare environment, delivering safe and effective patient care through an online platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and review asynchronous patient consultations via a secure EHR system
- Make prescribing decisions in line with clinical protocols and guidelines
- Prescribe treatments across key service areas, including:
- Weight Management
- Men’s Health
- Hair Loss
- Request additional clinical information where required to ensure safe prescribing
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Work efficiently to meet demand within a 7-day rota (including weekends)
- Provide clinical guidance, including side-effect management
- Complete Patient Safety Incident (PSI) reports where necessary
- Contribute to team meetings, audits, and ongoing training
- Escalate clinical or operational concerns appropriately
About You
Essential:
- Registered healthcare professional
- Qualified Independent Prescriber
- Own private indemnity insurance (mandatory)
- Experience in telemedicine or protocol-led prescribing
- Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Confident using digital systems and platforms
- Ability to work independently within a remote team
Desirable:
- Experience prescribing GLP-1 medications
- Previous experience in digital health / remote services
