An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to join a well-established and growing business overseeing multiple retail sites across London. This is a key leadership role offering autonomy, stability, and the chance to make a real impact across a high-profile contract.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing maintenance operations across several retail sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance across multiple retail locations
- Manage and support a team of engineers
- Coordinate and deliver projects across sites
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and overall contract delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working within retail or multi-site environments
- Good understanding of building services / HVAC / FM
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Package & Benefits:
- 55,000 – 65,000 basic salary (DOE)
