Waste Operative

Waste Operative – Poole – Starting ASAP – 13.00 per hour

We’re recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Waste Operative to join a well-established and supportive team based in Poole.

This role involves working alongside the site operator to maintain the smooth running of a local facility.

It’s a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team.

Key Duties:

• Cleaning of tanks
• General site tidiness (litter picking, weed removing, bush cutting/trimming, washing spillages, shovelling rag/Grit, cleaning MCCs )
• Assist in moving equipment when needed and pumps
• General labouring duties

What You’ll Need:

• Previous labouring or general maintenance experience
• A proactive and hands-on approach
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Hours & Pay:

• 13.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 8am – 5pm
• Consistent, full-time work with long-term potential
