As the Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing planning and continuously improving the night shift function within the company operation.

Description
- Oversee and maintain the site cleaning planning system to ensure the achievement of operational standards and safety standards are consistently achieved.
- Monday – Thursday 9.30 – 6.30 / Friday 9.30 – 3.30)
- Ensure cleaning schedules align with production requirements and minimise downtime
- Define clear expectations and standards for night shift cleaning activities.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with other roles and tasks when required to support operational needs.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Night Shift Cleaning Team to optimise task effectiveness and performance.
- Manage performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development plans.
- Lead by example through high standards of communication, behaviour, safety awareness, and work quality.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and roles while leading the team to complete work safely and efficiently.
- Challenge unsafe or inefficient practices constructively.
- Assist and lead general labouring duties on site when required, including 5S, housekeeping, and site cleanliness.
