OurclientisaleadingdistributorbusinessbasedinDeeside.TheyarelookingforaFacilitiesTechniciantoworkwithinateamtocarryoutmaintenanceactivitiesfortheupkeepofbuildings,equipmentandvehicles.
Keyduties:
- Followmaintenanceschedulesasoutlinedandmakerepairsandadjustments
- Troubleshootbyconsultingblueprints,schematics,andothersourcesasnecessary
- Respondtocompany’smaintenanceemergencyneedsandemergencycallsformaintenance
- Reduce/minimizemachinedowntimetoachieveperformancemeasures
- Performtroubleshootingtosolveminorrepairissues
- ReportbreakdownsforFLTfleet,includingthenewVORprocess,liaisewithJungheinrichtoensureallservicingiscarriedoutasperserviceschedule.
- MaintainkeyrecordsforsitecompliancesuchasWasteconsignmentnotes.
- CarryoutRackinginspectionsasperSESStraining.
CoreCompetencies
- Knowledgeofmaintenanceprocedures,andtheabilitytotroubleshoot
- IdeallyexperienceworkingwithConveyorBelts,PLC’sandHydraulicandPneumaticsisanadvantagehoweverthisisnotessential
- Abilitytoliftheavyloads,physicalagility,manualdexterity,
- Experienceinmaintenanceisrequired,
- Amechanicalengineeringqualificationispreferred
Whilsttrainingyouwillworkadayshift,thiswillthenmovetoa6am-2.30pm-2pm-10.30pm1weekon/offrota.
