Start Date: Immediate – Permanent role

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within social housing properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and undertake necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Collaborate with property managers and other trades to deliver efficient electrical services.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working within social housing environments.
• Full UK driving licence and own trade tools.
• 2391 Testing (advantageous)

Salary- £45k- £50k

Mon- Fri- 08:00am – 17:00pm
