Counterbalance Driver

Counterbalance Driver Rugby ( CV23 ) Monday to Friday – 0800 until 1700

Our client, based in Rugby are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled accurately and in line with company procedures.

The Role – Counterbalance Driver   

Key accountabilites –

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods from vehicles
• Move stock to and from storage areas & racking
• Carry out daily equipment checks
• Ensure all goods are handled carefully to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements where required
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Pay & benefits –

• £14.00 per hour  
• Temp to perm opportunity

Requirements –

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
