TheRole:

TheJuniorTreasuryAnalystwillsupportday-to-dayoperations,ensuringaccuratecashmanagement,timelypaymentprocessing,andeffectiveliquiditymonitoring.Thisisanidealroleforacandidatewithstrongnumericalskillsandaninterestindevelopingacareerinfinanceortreasury.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Cash&BankManagement:Performdailyreconciliations,monitorcashpositions,maintainforeigncurrencybalances,andassistwithcashflowprojections.
• Payments:PrepareweeklypaymentrunsforCFOreview,produceremittanceadvice,andvalidatemonthlypayrollfiles.
• Operations&Controls:Maintaintreasuryrecordsforauditrequirementsandsupporttheimprovementofinternalpolicies.
• Reporting:Preparecashflowsummariesandpaymentschedules,andassistwithmonth-endclosetasks.

Requirements:

• Essential:Stronganalyticalskills,highattentiontodetail,proficiencyinExcel,andtheabilitytomeetdeadlines.
• Desirable:Priorexperienceinfinanceoraccountspayable,familiaritywithmulti-currencybanking,orexperiencewithsystemslikeSageorYooz.AninterestinpursuingAAT,ACCA,CIMA,orACTqualificationsisalsoaplus.
